The characteristics of this machine require special automation. Specifically, cutting the tube to size with fly shears on the machine requires fast processing and synchronized control of the various axes. At A.E.I. we have automated complete profile lines, accumulators, fly cutters and unloading and packaging areas for cut tubes.

In particular, we have made fly cutters for significant applications based on commercial components.
